Here’s an idea of what my husband is packing for Paris in the fall.
While neutrals are huge in Paris, my husband wears a lot of print and color, so this packing list is a bit of a balancing act. He doesn’t like to repeat clothing as much as I’m usually used to, so he has more shirts than me, but can get away with fewer bottoms. A lot of things I read about Parisian style recommended black jeans and a scarf, so I included both of those. One thing we really invested in was a pair of handmade boots for him, because he didn’t really have a waterproof option, and we found these made-in-Spain beauties at a great value. They’re also nice enough to double as dress shoes. He uses a carry-on roller bag.
These aren’t the exact items my husband owns, but I’ve tried to picture and link to items that are close, available, and ethical.
coat // waterproof jacket // sweater // sweatshirt // long sleeve tee // button-up 1 // button-up 2 // button-up 3 // button-up 4 // button-up 5 // messenger bag // scarf // tees // black jeans // alt pants // umbrella // gloves // sunnies // sneakers // boots // neck pillow // pajamas // book // notebook
Here are some quick outfits ideas that I threw together, but there are many more options, if you’re down with repeating shirts. I imagine layering tees under the sweater and sweatshirt.
